Delicious Breakfast Smoothie

If you are getting a little tired of eggs and meat for breakfast, give this smoothie a try. It is packed with protein, not too much sugar, and will keep you satisfied for a while!

All the ingredients can be found at your local Trader Joe’s or health foods store.

Whey Protein Powder: 2 Scoops
Frozen Berries (organic blueberries or raspberries are best): ¼ cup
Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk (Organic): enough for consistency
Flax or Chia Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
