Chia Pudding is an excellent source of fiber, great omega fatty acids, and healthy fats.  You can make slight variations of this to create your own healthy weight loss recipes.  Feel free to share your favorite variations with us and your San Franskinny community on Facebook.

Combine following ingredients in a sealed jar.
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup golden flax meal
½ cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon


  1. Combine ½ cup of mixture in a bowl with ½ cup of hot water, stir and let it sit for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk and sweetener to taste (do not use artificial sweetener, stevia is ok)
  3. Top with berries, unsweetened coconut shavings, shaved almonds, etc.

= 432 calories per serving
