Tofu and Sprouted Lentil Mason Jar Salad

For the Sesame Lemon Dressing:

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Pinch of red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1 clove garlic, minced

Add ingredients to the jar in the order listed below.

  1. Sesame-Lemon Dressing  (about two tablespoons of dressing per pint-sized jar)
  2. Drained, Pressed and Cubed Extra Firm Tofu
  3. Sliced Red Bell Pepper
  4. Chopped Cucumbers
  5. Sprouted Lentils
  6. Sunflower Seeds
  7. Chopped Parsley
  8. Chopped Romaine
