Turkey and Egg Breakfast Skillet (3 Servings)
¾ lb. ground organic turkey
6 organic eggs
1 tbsp. coconut oil
- Grease skillet with 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- Cook ground organic turkey until browned
- Add salsa of your choice, mix and let it cook for a 2 minutes.
- Crack in 6 organic eggs and cover the skillet for 7 minutes, until egg whites are opaque.
