Tuna Salad with Kalamata Olives

Ingredients:
1 5oz can of tuna
4 pitted and halved kalamata olives
2 tbsp roasted red peppers, chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
Greens of your choice
Instructions:
1. Drain liquid from a 5oz can of tuna
2. Combine with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.
3. Mix and serve over a bed of greens with 4 pitted and halved kalamata olives and roasted red peppers
